We are looking for a Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) Engineer. Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) Engineers perform physical analysis of defects found in the manufacturing process and chips that fail in the probe test of wafers that have completed the manufacturing process. For chips that fail in the Probe test, we physically de-layer the film and polish on the defective area which was narrowed down by electrical analysis, and find the defects from the surface using SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) and by cutting the cross section using FIB (Focused Ion Beam).
