仕事内容

Responsibilities

（Immediately after hiring)

Define DPPM target of cutting-edge technology and reduce DPPM through Continuous Improvement Process
Perform Product reliability risk assessment for fab event handling (CP, DVS, Baking, HTOL etc.)
Execute Technical and analytical problem solving, using a structured methodology (PDCA, 8D, especially 3Leg/5Why, and KT)
Evaluate Engineering Change impact on product Quality and Reliability
Review Engineering Changes to ensure procedures are followed and Quality and Reliability criteria are met

There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

Qualifications

Possess a bachelor's degree or master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Reliability, or a related field
+3yrs of experience in semiconductor quality and reliability, integration, or product engineering is a plus
Familiar with 4082 / MPPT / 4156 machine, especially with the programming of Excel VBA, Python code is preferred
Experience with process reliability, e.g. TDDB, HCI, BTI, EM and SM etc.
Good communication & collaboration to internal organizations and external customer engagements and Turnkey service
Self-motivated and handle pressure well under fast paced environment
Multi-tasker and fast learner

Proactive, Innovative; with good judgement and accountability
With Stop & Fix concept and Well trained operation discipline in execution

Working Conditions

1. Location - （Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 　(Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company

2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30～17:30

3.
