Job Description



Background
Security attacks targeting our devices have become increasingly critical in recent years.
For example, one of our devices used in a European OEM’s dashboard was attacked, resulting in unauthorized manipulation of the odometer. This incident caused significant damage and loss of trust for our customers.

For this reason, developing robust LSIs with strong security protection has become essential.

To strengthen this area, we are hiring a Senior Manager who will lead a section of 5–6 members and drive the implementation of state‑of‑the‑art security evaluation methodologies to detect vulnerabilities before products are shipped to customers.

Role Summary
The Section Manager, HPC Security Evaluation, is responsible for leading and developing an advanced security evaluation organization focused on automotive‑grade MCU and SoC robustness against sophisticated cybersecurity attacks.
The role combines deep technical expertise in hardware and software security evaluation with people leadership, strategic direction, and certification readiness.
The Section Manager ensures that security evaluation activities support product development gates, customer expectations, certification schemes, and PSIRT operations, while also driving a mid‑ to long‑term strategy toward formal laboratory competency and process maturity.

Qualifications



MUST

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Extensive experience in automotive cybersecurity evaluation for MCU and SoC products.
Hands on expertise in: HW security testing (FIA, SCA), SW security testing (fuzzing, vulnerability analysis), Penetration testing methodologies.

WANT

Strong understanding of SESIP, FIPS 140 3, and Common Criteria (EAL4+)
Evaluation requirements up to AVA_VAN.4.
Proven experience working with or supporting PSIRT and vulnerability management activities.
