Responsibilities:
Designs, tape-out, and characterization of Thermal Sensor or DLVR (Digital Linear Voltage Regulator) in Advanced Technology or 3D IC
Requirements:
Education: Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering, or related (Applied Physics, for example)
Effective communication in English, written and oral
Must have at least 3 years of experiences on related analog circuit designs
With hands-on experiences from circuit designs to silicon characterization
Familiarity with basics of semiconductor devices, and manufacturing processes
