Responsibilities
（Immediately after hiring)
Designing and executing experiments, interpreting and extracting insightful results from complex data sets to optimize the manufacturing process and achieve precision control at atomic levels.
Applying statistics process control methods to establish and sustain a robust manufacturing process.
Installing, qualifying and sustaining manufacturing equipment to expand capacity with punctuation and quality.
Collaborating effectively with equipment and material suppliers and partners to identify technology gaps and deficiencies; devise, evaluate and qualify mitigation and continuous improvement solutions.
(Scope of change)There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications (Education, Skills, Certificates, etc.):
1. Bachelor's degree or above in an engineering and scientific field such as Physics, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Electric Engineering, Chemistry, Nuclear Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to work on cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
3. Able to adapt priorities and responsibilities to support business needs.
4. A team player that can multitask and thrive in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.
5. Night shift work is required
Languages:
Basic English (speaking and writing) and conversational Japanese, Conversational Mandarin (desirable)
Key Experience:
Experience in silicon semiconductor manufacturing and development.
Working Conditions
1. Location - （Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2. Working Days & Hours - 6:30～15:30, 8:30～17:30, 15:30～24:30
3.
