Job Description



Not only develop and provide security software for Renesas in-vehicle products but also provide security solutions that are conscious of market needs and standards in the automotive industry.
Renesas has also created and updated various standards for the development of security solutions. It is very valuable timing to not only provide security solutions to OEM/Tier1 but also to be involved in the constructions of the development infrastructure.
By all means, let’s work together to propose and provide security solutions to OEM/Tier1 from constructing In-house development platform.
Job description covered by our team are as follows.

    Define and create the system architecture
    Current security software and solution design / implementation / evaluation 
    Next-generation software and security solution consideration / design / implementation / evaluation 
    Planning and execution of software development strategies for current / next-generation security solutions 
    Development infrastructure construction
　　- Development environment, Participation and operation in development process 
    Technical review of developed products 
    Customer support



Qualifications



MUST
・Experience in embedded software development (3 years or more) 
・Work experience as a software development project management leader/sub-leader (5 years or more) 
・Experience in communication with internal and external customers and stakeholders
・Motivation to actively solve problems 
・ Language Skills:
    English: Can have daily conversation & Japanese: Can understand conversation.

WANT
・Basic knowledge of security 
・Knowledge and development experience of ISO26262
・Practical experience in building ISO/SAE21434 compliant CSMS processes 
・Knowledge of debugger and assembler 
・Knowledge of Arm CPU architecture and trustzones or RISC-V
・Experience in AUTOSAR and automotive application level development
