仕事内容
A crucial role of an IMQR manager is to ensure the stability of incoming material quality and supplier quality management. This includes coaching domestic suppliers to ensure their quality matches the process requirement. It also involves collaborating with operation teams on new supplier and material evaluations.
Responsibilities
（Immediately after hiring)
Incoming material quality and technology management.
Execute and implement the division’s mission of material quality excellence.
Collaborate with operation/Fab on new supplier/material evaluation, material problem solving, and to develop effective material specification.
Supplier quality management including quality system assessments, onsite audits, process change control, excursion prevention, variation reduction and related continuous improvement programs.
Manage the incoming material quality assurance system and coach domestic supplier quality to match process of reference.

There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
Ph.D. or Masters in material science, material engineering, chemistry/chemical engineering or related fields.
More than 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
Experience in supplier quality/technology management.
Demonstrated skills in negotiation, communication and project management.
Effective leadership.
Fluent in English.
Basic SPC quality system
Proactive, innovative, exhibits good judgement.
Resilient, positive and confident under pressure.
Good teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic communication in Mandarin is a plus.

1.Location - （Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2.Working Days & Hours - 8:30～17:30
