■責任とタスク​

・生産装置の安定稼働のための異常解析と改善​

・生産能力の向上と生産コストの削減​

・スケジュール管理および担当プロジェクトの遂行​

・各種生産装置のプロセスパラメータの設定​

・新しい装置や材料の評価、計画および推進​

・グループ内海外工場エンジニアとの情報交換​

Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Establish and improve process condition and technology.
• Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
• Establish and modify process management projects.
• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
• Abnormal analysis and improvement.

【必須要件】​

・学士号を取得していること（同等での実務経験でも可）​

・論理的な思考ができ、的確な意思疎通が図れること​

・日本語によりビジネスレベルでの読み書きができること​

・他チームメンバーと協力し合うことができること​

※業界未経験であっても効率よく必要知識を習得いただけるOJTプログラムを用意しています​

・データ分析に基づく問題解決能力​

・技術的内容を理解し、説明・指導できる能力​

・工場の設備や製造工程に関する基本的な知識​

・機械および電気に関する基本的な知識​

・エンジニアリング関連分野の学士号、または同等の経験​

・Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Power Point)の使用経験​

・基礎的な英語コミュニケーション能力​​​​
