熱センサーやDLVR（デジタル線形ボルテージレギュレーター）の先進テクノロジーや3D ICでの設計、テープアウト、特性評価を担当するエンジニアを募集します。対象は、電気工学または関連分野の修士号または博士号を持ち、英語でのコミュニケーション能力に優れ、アナログ回路設計の経験が3年以上ある方。回路設計からシリコン特性評価までの実務経験があり、半導体デバイスや製造プロセスの基礎に詳しいことが求められます。新しい技術革新に携わるチャンスです。

仕事内容

Responsibilities:

Designs, tape-out, and characterization of Thermal Sensor or DLVR (Digital Linear Voltage Regulator) in Advanced Technology or 3D IC

Requirements:

Education: Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering, or related (Applied Physics, for example)

Effective communication in English, written and oral

Must have at least 3 years of experiences on related analog circuit designs

With hands-on experiences from circuit designs to silicon characterization

Familiarity with basics of semiconductor devices, and manufacturing processes
