Responsibilities
（Immediately after hiring)
Independently handle the entire internal quality audit project from risk assessment to final audit finding communication as well as periodic follow-up on improvement status.
Ensure operation of overseas organization comply with headquarters’ quality system.
Responsible for 3rd party quality system certification.
Responsible for customer audit handling
(Scope of change)
There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 10+ years of experience as a quality auditor in a related industry or automotive industry.
Professional certificate such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 auditor qualification
Familiar with AIAG quality tools: (SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP)
Ph.D. or Master in the related field of industrial engineering or science and engineering.
Capable to communicate in English in business occasions. Intermediate in Mandarin. Business in Japanese(N1 or above).
Uphold high standards of integrity, objectivity, and fairness, to build and maintain stakeholders’ (auditee, management, etc.) trust and confidence via mature and professional manner.
Morally-courageous, willing to act responsibly even though these actions may result in disagreement or confrontation.
Great communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
More than 5 years of experience in semiconductor industries preferred.
Capability in JMP and R programming is required. Python is a plus.
Proven capabilities in project management and cross-team communication is preferred.
Working Conditions
Location - （Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
Working Days & Hours - 8:30～17:30
