Responsibilities

（Immediately after hiring)

Lead business user success team, horizontally bridge other oversea fabs and HQ, and support JASM semiconductor fab grows by integrating business flows and improving business flow and operation efficiency between each different functions with IT solutions like introducing external SaaS or developing homegrown systems.

1.Work closely with stakeholder and cross-functional team to ensure user’s success. (Incl. Finance, Accounting, HR, Material Management and Logistics, and Corporate Planning)

2.Serve as day-to-day contact for all JASM user groups, providing supports, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documentation.

3.Effectively gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements from users in terms of business flows, system constraints, and even pain points and provide proposals and deliver user wish day to HQ PM team / DevOps team.

4.Support design, assessment, and project management of local IT solution introductions if HQ cannot provide global solution or special needs triggered by local policy and rules.


(Scope of change)

There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

 

Minimum Qualifications

1.Bachelor degree or above, majored at Information System or Computer Science related fields.

2.At least 2~4 years of experience as Project Manager or Product Manager in consulting firm or IT-related company.

3.At least 2 years of experience as team manager.

4.10~15 years of IT experience in business systems is a must

5.JLPT N2 and above

 

Preferred Qualifications

(Languages)

・Capable for English/Mandarin/Japanese communication skills both in oral and written is suggested.

・Fluent English speaking, reading; good listening, and writing

・Fluent Japanese reading and listening; good speaking and writing

(Key Experience)

1.Experiences of system development, analysis, or product management

・3+ year experience of system analysis like PjM or PdM.

・3+ year experience of system development in any coding language of web application (Know cloud-native technologies will be a plus)

・Minimum 2-year experience of 3rd party solution introduction regarding SaaS solution or Package solution.

2.Soft Skills in terms of collaboration and problem-solving

・Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a deadline-driven environment.

・Analytical and process-oriented mindset, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to understand and analyze users’ needs.

・Strong skills in verbal and written communications, including fluent language abilities of Chinese, English, and Japanese, strategic planning, and project management.

Working Conditions

  (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company

2.Working Days & Hours - 8:30～17:30
