OUTLINE
Responsibilities
(Immediately after hiring)
The candidate will supervise daily operation of property and casualty insurance related matters under the finance director/manager with responsibilities including:
Conduct policies placement and benchmarking analyses
Process insurance claims with the ability to liaise with multiple counterparts to define scope, track progress, handle any issues that arise, and deliver results
Advise internal customers on insurance planning
Co-work with HQ colleagues to align interest in policies
Prepare underwriting information and participate in risk modeling
Coordinate internal resources for risk management survey and audits
Design and review insurance related policies and procedures
(Scope of change)
There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor or above degree in Finance, Engineering, Legal or Insurance with excellent Japanese and conversation level of English or Mandarin
Proven ability to work independently with minimum 8-year working experiences in insurance related field; proven experience in client facing or project coordinating is a plus
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Excellent written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and team player
Skilled in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in multinational company is preferred.
Work location: Kumamoto, short term travel to Taiwan for training may be required.

Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
