Total Reward Specialist
Responsibilities
（Immediately after hiring)
Plan and Implement total reward policies, procedures and solutions.
Work closely with Total Reward team in HQ to implement corporate Compensation and Benefit, related projects and initiatives.
(Scope of change)
There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
Education requirement – BCH degree or above.
3 years above of Compensation and Benefit related experience or experience with Compensation and Benefit implementation as HR Generalist.
Proficient in Microsoft Office application including intermediate Excel skills.
Possess knowledge of compensation planning, benefit, time & attendance systems, Japan legal requirement/ regulation and payroll regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
Working experience in localization of Compensation and Benefit and mobility practice is preferred
English or Mandarin is a plus.
Business level of Japanese or above.
Working Conditions
Location - （Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
Working Days & Hours - 8:30～17:30
