Responsibilities

（Immediately after hiring)

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


Establish and continuously improve an ISO 14001 Environmental Protection Management System and an ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) management system.
Establish the ESH culture at the JASM Fab, enhance the Fab’s ESH program, and ensure the Fab is in full compliance with all applicable ESH regulation and requirements.
Provide technical, regulatory and process guidance to address emerging ESH issues.
Develop a Contractor ESH management program.
Facilitate ESH training in order to enhance ESH awareness for employees and contractors
Conduct Job Hazard Assessments, perform workplace evaluations, implement corrective ESH actions, review new Fab processes for ESH compliance , evaluate new TSMC machinery, and inspect waste management status.
Communicate inspection results and associated recommendations.
Organize and facilitate Fab site Safety Committee activities.
Demonstrate the TSMC JASMESH performance index to all levels of the organization.
Work closely with the Facility Department to continually lower the impact of the Fab on the environment.
New fab construction safety patrol and vendors management

Minimum Qualifications


Minimum Bachelor’s degree with a Major in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science¸ or Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
Relevant EHS experience, preferably in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
Be able to effectively work independently and as a team player to resolve FAB ESH issues.
Knowledge of current safety and loss control practices is essential.


 

 

Preferred Qualifications


With construction safety management experience is better.
Good communication skills.
Japanese, English , Chinese is plus.

1.Location - （Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 　(Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2.Working Days & Hours - 8:30～17:30
