仕事内容
Job Responsibility
（Immediately after hiring)
(1)New outgoing site establish and automation development
(2)OQA tool release, maintenances, recipe setting and change quality control
(3)Defect failure analysis, root cause finding, and risk assessment
(4)Develop OQA quality improvement project
(Scope of change)
There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Job Requirement
Experience in yield improvement, defect reduction and problem solving
Bachalor degree in the related field of Engineering or Science
Good project management skills
Capable to communicate in English
Pro-active, innovative, good judgement
Good interpersonal skill and collaboration attitude
Resilient, positive and confident under pressure
Experience in IC or bumping/assembly technologies would be a plus
Working Conditions
1. Location - （Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30～17:30
3.
