Job Responsibility
（Immediately after hiring)
1. Intra-Fab & Inter-fab Process & Metrology matching.
2. Metrology quality and defense, familiar with the theories and operation of metrology tools, such as OCD, CDSEM, Overlay, etc.
3. Capable of inline measurement solution development
4. SPC system enhancement including SPC control, CPK and Audit, etc.
5. Data analysis and Statistical method developments.
6. Possess strong statistical analytical, problem-solving, and consulting (Ex: Risk prediction, Reliability, Sampling plan, DOE, etc.) skills.
7. Capability in JMP and R programming, Python skill is a plus.
(Scope of change)
There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Job Requirement
1. 3+ years of experience in semi-conductor industry and experience in metrology, SPC skill is a plus
2. Bachelor or above (Ph.D. or Master is plus) in the related field of material engineering, statistics, industrial engineering, Lean six sigma black belt preferred
3. Knowledgeable in SPC procedures with the ability to use statistical evaluation techniques and programs
4. Remains flexible by anticipating changes in the environment by proactively adapting plans and behavior.
5. Self-motivated, Systematic Thinking and Data drive
6. Strong communication skills with a history of positive engagements with internal and external partners.
7. Demonstrated performance as a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities within a team environment and meet scheduled commitments.
8. Ability to analyze and resolve non-routine to complex issues using independent judgment. And Work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.
Working Conditions
1. Location - （Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30～17:30
3.
