Responsible for CD-SEM or OCD metrology technology, quality, productivity & cost delivery.
Responsibilities
（Immediately after hiring)
Responsible for developing advanced metrology solution for CD, profile and topography using CD-SEM or OCD tools.
Develop the new CD-SEM or OCD metrology solution with advanced algorithm, including hardware design improvement and software feature enhancement.
Good skills of quality methods, well problem solving and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
Master degree or above, majored at Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials science, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
Excellent knowledge of SEM and relevant E-beam optics expertise.
Excellent knowledge of OCD and relevant elliptical meter optics & LIB modelling expertise.
Capable for English communication skills both in oral and written.
At least 8 years at SEM or OCD metrology experience of semiconductor Fab.
Working Conditions
Location - （Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
Working Days & Hours - Shift work required - 8:30～17:30, 6:30～15:30, 15:30～24:30
